Amazing experience. Server Annie (I believe) was fantastic. Treated very well, not rushed. Well looked after! Will definitely return!

It took a bit to get seated but once we were we had an amazing server who took good care of us. He had the manager come talk to me because I have celiac’s disease just to make sure what I ordered was safe. One of us had ordered the prime rib medium rare and it was completely over cooked so our waiter had the kitchen manager come over and they did an amazing job at solving the issue! An amazing staff!!!

Beautiful unique spot in the heart of Montreal. We worth the visit, a taste of history while having a drink, beautiful ambiance, staff excellent.

Went on a Friday evening, food, drinks and service were great. Had drinks, appetizer, meals, coffee, very good portions, all cooked to perfection. Maple Steak & Ale had live entertainment, Clarence Pinckney, "Mr. Tickle Pink" performing. He was excellent, sang, played sax, piano, ask him to sing a song and he knew them all. He had a great soft voice, he sang, played his instruments, and my wife & I could have a normal conversation, no problem.

I've been wanting to come for a long time. I've heard so many good things and thought maybe Joe Beef couldn't live up to the hype. Hospitality, service, food, blew us away!!! Keep up the great work and thanks to the team for an amazing night.
