Restaurants near Parkesdale Farm Market

Beautifully decorated, and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. Not a place you’d go if you’re looking for a super romantic setting, but perfect for a Friday night date or a group of friends! We started with the crudité & pita…all 4 of the dips were great! Also had a 1/2 dozen oysters and again the sauces were excellent. We ordered the rack of lamb “for the table” and a side of risotto. The lamb was absolutely perfect!! I wanted to gnaw on the bones but somehow restrained myself. The risotto was tasty but slightly too al dente. For dessert we did the rolled baklava…another hit!!! Chris, our server, was fantastic. He took time to stop and actually carry on a conversation which is so rare these days. The only con of the night was the menu itself. Between the lighter color of the print, plus the teeny scale of the font, I had to take pictures on my phone then blow them up to be able to read the menu. I noticed others struggling to read it as well. Why make it difficult to order? There were plenty of other things on the menu we want to try. We’ll be back and this time I’ll bring my 2.0 readers. 😂

We had Kayla as our waitress, she was absolutely phenomenal! She went through the menu and explained what each meal was when we had absolutely no clue what to get. We ended up getting the meatloaf and was the best meal I’ve ever had. 10/10 would absolutely come here again in the future!

This is the first place I go when I visit Tampa. Everything on the menu is fantastic, but I highly recommend the gazpacho and 1905 salad for lunch. Both are prepared and served tableside.
