GO to this restaurant. The building is exceptionally beautiful. The dishes were exciting and delicious, the service was fabulous. What more could you ask?

For a new place great service and very good food. We like the small plates and how they split an entire if you don’t want tons of food….

The food was fantastic. We also tried two alcoholic drinks; they were fine but nothing special. The only thing we felt could improve was the habanero chili sauce. It didn’t have any spice at all, which was surprising. As a museum meant to preserve Yucatecan gastronomy, the sauces should reflect the true flavors, including the expected heat. None of the salsas were spicy, and even we, who rarely eat spicy food, could finish them without a problem. The food was excellent overall, but the sauces could be more authentic to the traditional flavors.

Wonderful discovery of Yucatecan ingredients and cooking. The four of us had favorite but we loved all 12 dishes from starters to desserts! Aguachile of seasonal fruits and calamari tartar with pine nut, spinach and chili sauces were high on mine.
