Restaurants near Penn Mart Shopping Center

The dining experience was overall pleasant, with a notable emphasis on the quality and presentation of the dishes, befitting a fine dining establishment. However, there is room for improvement in the service, particularly regarding the efficiency of taking orders and reducing wait times. While it is understandable that the preparation of high-quality meals requires time, a more streamlined process for placing orders would enhance the overall experience.

Our server Erin, was outstanding! The food came out hot and cooked to order!

It had been about 8 years since I had been to Banks. The oyster selection is decent. The Brussels sprout salad, clams casino and Lobster in the Nude were great. The only downside was the clam chowder, that was all potatoes and no clams.

Steaks were perfect, cooked spot on to order. Waiter, Jason, didn’t let my empty glass hit the table before asking if I wanted another. Will go back to try other cuts for sure.

The food is always excellent and they are very accommodating when you want to mix up anything on the menu!! It’s always clean, lovely ambience and it’s never loud or rowdy. Just remember to make a reservation because they’re always super crowded!!
