At the Island Way Grill, we're all about fresh fish. Our own boats make daily trips to the middle grounds to bring back fresh tuna, mahi, snapper and other local varieties. No long-line fish here-just hook, rod, and reel. If it's any fresher, it is still in the gulf. The service was outstanding. They did not rush us. I had one of the pasta specials, homemade puffs of pasta, filled with ricotta, in a vodka cream sauce with peas, mushrooms and prosciutto. A nice Sangiovese wine, slightly chilled. Perfect!

As always, the Soul Sicilian did not disappoint. It was a quiet evening with many wanting to eat outside. Eggplant was over the top good. To once and you will return again and again.
