Another outstanding meal at Rincón's best restaurant. The greeting was prompt and friendly, the staff was polished and professional, the drinks are other-worldly, and the food is outstanding in every bite.

Lunch was awesome. The resort grounds are beautiful, Eclipse Restaurant is an inviting paradise away from the city noise and facing a spectacular beach! Food was great, service was outstanding.

From the cocktails to the tapas, the friendly staff was amazing, the food OFF THE CHARTS!!! By far the best restaurant in Ricon'!! I highly recommend the ahi tuna, the beef sliders are HEAVEN & the deep fried pork with chorizo is a must.

Beautiful setting, delicious food. I had the churrasco it was delicious on a bed of rice. My husband enjoyed his steak as well.

What a great experience at their lovely rooftop watching the Sunset with great Drinks, delicious Food and friendly professional Service. Jomarie was our Server; very professional & sweet. Great cocktail; The Coral cocktail is well balanced and an appetite opener. Spectacular food; the Tostones with land Crab are huge and delicious. Very chunky Lobster cream with lots of lobster. The Lobster entree portion with Mofongo and the Rice with Crab and tostones is huge. We took it to our Airbnb because is super tasty. Awesome Sunset from the rooftop and very nice ambiance. A place to return many times. Great prices for the quality & quantity. Highly recommended!
