The Bistro is located on the grounds of the Biltmore Estate, right next door to Biltmore's award-winning winery. Please note that due to limited seating availability we are unable to accept reservations for our patio. All patio seating is assigned on a first come first served basis. The Bistro features contemporary American fare.     We had the petite filet Valentines day . The steaks were perfectly cooked and seasoned. We had creamed spinach and mashed potatoes with the steals. Both sides were really tasty. we had a flourless chocolate espresso cake as a perfect dessert. It was decadent and rich. The service was good to great and the atmosphere was romantic and upscale. It's an expensive meal but the execution of all the meal components makes it worth the price. Ruth's Chris remains our favorite special occasion restaurants.

    If you are looking for extraordinary experience for dining, this is it !! Beyond professional greeting, hosting to table, intro by waiter. Waiter was beyond expectations, with recommendations on wine pairing, sauces on selections, and general menu options. Had charred octopus to start, Elk loin with suggested sauce and seared scallops as addition. Saulteed mushrooms, creamy mashed potatoes as side. Would order again and again !! Strawberry Bruelee for desert !! Do not want to spoil visit!!! Wait until you are handed the menu !!!! Trust Me !!
