Food was what one should expect from a quality steak house. Service is where I feel like the difference shows….and….Macie was the absolute BEST!!! There but not there….I don’t know if that makes sense. She helped to improve our dining experience and we genuinely appreciated it. Highly recommend Firebird’s AND Ms Macie!

First time at restaurant. Wonderful experience. Herb crusted haddock delicious.

Everything was delicious! This is my 3rd time there in the last 6 months. It’s intimate, decorated nicely & just a great vibe for a date!

Nice staff good food clean establishment very friendly and fun

We have been to Charbroil before and had better experiences with our previous visits. I'm not saying that the food or service was bad. This time, they just seemed a bit more rushed. The quality of the food was not as good as our previous visits either. Several of the meat choices had more fat and grissel than I thought they should have. The grilled shrimp were good but a bit tougher than they should have been. Might have to give it a bit more time before our next visit.
