The Wardroom is situated on a prominent corner in historic downtown Easton, Maryland, in what was formerly The Brick Hotel — considered a marvel of its time in the mid-19th century. The gastronomic, European-style shop and bistro offers handmade pastas, house-cured meats, and artisanal chocolates from top French chocolatier, La Maison du Chocolat. Both a pasta and wine bar, the Wardroom’s menu consists of authentic Italian pasta dishes, cheese and charcuterie plates customized for each guest, and seasonal salads and antipasto dishes. Caroline's Table is a unique farm to table restaurant in the heart of the Eastern Shore. Chef Ken Zellers sources locally grown and harvested seafood, proteins and vegetables and works magic to elevate them into a memorable dining experience. The restaurant is housed in a historic building that has been lovingly restored. It was formally the town doctors house with his office in a small adjacent building.     The food and drinks were incredible. We had a 5:30 seating on Valentine’s Day and the restaurant was busy as soon as we got in. The Cadillac margarita was delicious and the duck empanadas were absolutely amazing. I can’t wait to go back!

    Food was delicious as always. Cajun mahi mahi and really great rice and beurre blanc, and fried chicken and Mac n cheese. All delicious. They need to update the bread selection; those rolls aren’t very good. Service was excellent, probably because we were her only table on a Monday night. She was very attentive.

    The service was excellent - efficient yet unobtrusive! Our server was very friendly and allowed us time to enjoy our cocktails! We enjoyed a relaxing evening with cocktails and delicious oyster appetizer. The martinis were top notch!
