- DDAnnGreater Boston •1 review4.0Dined 2 days agoI’ve been to a number of restaurants in this chain. While all are good, this was the least spectacular. The cheesy bread was cold and kind of hard. The salad bar was phenomenal, especially the fall seasonal ones. Next time, even though I’m a definite meat-eater, I’ll just opt for the salad bar. It may have been because we were there at an off time, but a lot of the meats were cooked to the right temp, but seemed a bit dried out or crusted for the first slice of the serving. When we were about 3/4 finished with our meal, they asked if we were wanting any particular cut of meat. We asked for the lamb chops because we hadn’t seen them yet. We waited for probably 10 minutes or so and they brought around land steaks and the server apologized because he said these are the steaks not the chops. He didn’t say if the chops were coming out at any point. We waited about 10 more minutes or so, and then we decided that we were gonna need to call it quits. We had ordered a dessert, and we were mostly finished with that when the server brought lamb chops around, and he seemed kind of annoyed that we wouldn’t take any. By that time it had been almost 30 minutes since we had talked to him so we had no idea they were still coming. It was a good experience, but for our anniversary, I wish that we had gone to the downtown Boston location.More infoFogo de Chao - ProvidencePrice: Moderate• Brazilian• Providence•4.2

- SSarahVIPGreater Boston •17 reviews4.0Dined on Nov 23, 2024We love the food at Nightshift-everything is quality there. This time, the service was lacking at the beginning of our visit. No one came to our table for about 15 minutes after we sat. Finally, a waitress did come and take our drink orders, and the service did improve from there. Might just be a staffing issue.More infoNight Shift - ProvidencePrice: Moderate• American• Providence•3.4
