The best elegant restaurant in San Benito/El Salvador. The team is outstanding and very friendly. Food is out of this world. Of course, every time we come to El Salvador, Monarca is our home away from home. The waiter Ronald is very professional and we always are happy to see him.

The sea beach view is nothing short of spectacular, providing a serene and picturesque background for your breakfast, lunch or dinner. The food was absolutely incredible. We started with a delightful fish broth that was rich, flavorful, and the perfect appetizer. For our mains, the octopus stole the show—cooked to perfection, paired with a rich sauce. The chicken kebab was also impressive. As a side dish we've ordered some sweet potato that was really crunchy and tasty. To accompany our meal, we enjoyed fresh fruit drinks that were refreshing and perfectly balanced, adding a vibrant touch to the experience. To top it all off, the coffee was simply amazing. Rich, aromatic, and expertly brewed, it was the perfect ending to a wonderful meal. This restaurant is more than just a place to eat—it's a destination for relaxation and indulgence. Been there twice and every time the experience was 100% . I had a little translation issue and ended up ordering the wrong thing, but it was still delicious A+ to everyone who works there.
