Restaurants near Raccoon Mountain Caverns

One of our favorite places in Chattanooga! We always look forward to going here. Absolutely beautiful restored building, food is top-notch, drinks are excellent, and staff is always friendly and professional.

We went to dinner with friends and everything was amazing! We had cocktails first , espresso martini was smooth and delicious. We had appetizers of pimento cheese, fried pickles, cornbread and deviled eggs. All were fantastic. Then for entrees we had seared scallops, Parmesan cheese grits, pot roast , and fried chicken. The service was great. Our waitress was friendly and accurate. We had a wonderful meal and good times with friends. We will definitely be back.

It was a cold, cloudy, rainy day, and we finished our adventures an hour early, so I called Massey’s Kitchen to see if we could come nearly one hour early, and was told “absolutely! I’m cleaning a table now for you!”. Fifteen minutes later we were greeted well, and seated. Our server was fabulous and the food delicious! We enjoyed our meals and conversations. The restrooms were clean and stocked. It was a great experience!

The food was very good. Service was okay, but our wait staff disappeared for long stretches once we got our food. 4 meals came out before the 5th one. That was weird.

Our experience at Hennen’s was top notch. This was our first time visiting the restaurant as we wanted to do something different for our anniversary and we were not disappointed. Our waitress Dana was very attentive without being overbearing. The food came out perfect and was delicious. My was got the scallops and I got a 3 piece fish special which included mahi mahi, salmon and haddock. I like a little spice so I should have asked for a little horseradish but that’s just me. We hope to visit again soon!
