Restaurants near Ramada Vancouver Downtown

Food was amazing. They were accommodating to my food restrictions and our server Josh was the best! Super friendly and gave us the best advice about the menu based on our preferences.

For a vey cold night, the patio was a bit uncomfortable and I would have liked to have more heat. Also the noise is amplified in the enclosed patio which is a bit much but all understandable given we were outside. Food and service was excellent!

The food was delicious! Definitely try the bang bang shrimp and the beef tataki. The gluten free pasta is amazing. We were there for Dine Out and the tasting menu was incredible and the wine pairings complimented the food perfectly. Definitely recommend.

We had a reservation at another restaurant tonight, but the restaurant called and cancelled due to a broken pipe. I quickly was able to book maxine‘s for our party of five people. We are so happy for our unfortunate event as maxine‘s proved to be fantastic. The service was great. The food was Absolutely delicious and with five of us, we tried a lot. I cannot believe we got in so easily. This place should be packed. But it was Tuesday. Definitely going back.

We are so disappointed that the Broadway location closed here in Vancouver as we were regular attendees there and it was our go to spot for anyone out of town. Is there any thought of opening another location in the lower mainland of British Columbia? I would say white rock beach would be the ideal location We are always so satisfied with everything anytime we eat at a Gyu Kaku location and will continue to eat here as long as the garlic noodles stay on the menu :).
