- KKirstyWest Wales •1 review5.0Dined 1 day agoGreat atmosphere. Beautiful decor. Warm, updated pub. Food was delicious, modern, well presented. Starter a bit small, but all tasty and perfect. Some might say a little expensive. Not your pub grub. A special nightMore infoThe Castle InnPrice: Expensive• Pub• Okehampton•4.9

- SStewartIsles of Scilly •5 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoWe always try to have dinner at The Longstore when we are in Charlestown. The food is excellent and for the quality excellent value. Our server on our visit on Valetine's night was very good, very pleasant with just the right level of interaction. We have never disappointed with any of our visits to the Longstore and therefore are happy to recommend.More infoThe Longstore, CharlestownPrice: Moderate• Steakhouse• St. Austell•4.6
- RRachelCornwall •1 review5.0Dined 5 days agoHad a fantastic lunch today! Upon booking I requested a warm comfortable table for my 90 year old friend & we were greeted with a lovely reserved table by the fire & a cushion was provided for my elderly friend! Food was fantastic & very good value on the lunchtime offer! Service was impeccable! Thank you so much to all! My elderly friend had a wonderful time! 🙏🥰 We shall return soon! xMore infoSt Tudy InnPrice: Very Expensive• British• Bodmin•4.5
- TTommyGreater Boston •6 reviews5.0Dined on Feb 6, 2025This was a very nice experience in an amazing setting with great service. The food was superb, fresh, perfectly balanced and cooked to perfection. I have seen a lot of negative reviews about this restaurant prior to our visit and my experience was completely different from those reviews. We dined in hear for my partners birthday and each course was delicious, we both had the pork cooked two ways and duck starters and it was to a very high standard. Our portion sizes were fine and with the Bread and sides we left very satisfied, with no room for desert. We stayed in the jail hotel and also had breakfast in the chapel, much to our surprise we seen the same chief from the evening before and he was very welcoming and did a superb job in the kitchen. The breakfast was fresh and hot, cooked to order and again local produce was sourced and this is clear on the pallet. In summary dined twice in this amazing room in 12 hours and both times were to a very high standard. We would recommend and certainly return.More infoThe ChapelPrice: Very Expensive• Contemporary British• Bodmin•4.2
