Restaurants near Repentance Tower

Great venue with a fantastic atmosphere. Choice on menu is good and the food is excellent. Service is friendly and first class. The staff are keen to make sure everything is OK, without being in your face. Great place to eat.

The Globe in has various rooms for eating in - we were in the ground floor bar and it was lovely. The Open Table booking site makes things very confusing - better to just contact the restaurant.

Always great Food and Service 10/10 Quite often just called in and no seats available so always check online first and pre book so your not disappointed!.

Lovely meals, however would have been 5 stars if the veg had been hot. Also we had the food brought to table but had to ask for cutlery. All that said it was still very nice and we would definitely go again.

Haggis Scotch egg, Smash burger, Beef featherblade, Mars bar baked Alaska and Banoffee waffle. Scocth Egg was delicious not to spicy Beef fearherblade was lovely melt in mouth Couldn't go to Back Street Restaurant without try Baked Alaska it was truly delicious. All washed down with Mayfly white wine, all went down a treat. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend and will hopefully be back .
