We are a traditional taqueria that opened its doors in 2015.Our mission is to represent the best of Mexico through its street cuisine, especially tacos.     9e is an elegant yet relaxed restaurant, with excellent servers, very polite and respectful, and beautiful background music from several cultures and time periods. Our meals were simple yet perfectly prepared (an omelette for my friend, and beer-battered cod with greens for me). We celebrated with a glass of prosecco, and shared a wonderful dacquoise, a decadent chocolate cake with a praline outer layer, and rich cream to spoon on the top. A great treat for us both!

    Stunning historical setting that is a must see for all looking for a fabulous dinner venue in Montreal. Servers lovely but service slow especially in bar waiting for drinks to be made, and in restaurant waiting on bill. Dinner with cocktails, bottle of wine, shared beet salad & halibut main courses each, with tip $375

    Food was amazing in small portions. Tres leche cake is a MUST try. Service was very good. The only annoying part was that we had to wait for a minimum 20min even though we made a reservation.
