    4 of us had dinner at 4&5 at 7 on a Thursday. The restaurant was packed, but we had made a reservation and our table was ready when we arrived. Our server Sarah was personable and prompt and all the food we ordered was great! We recommend the lime kissed shrimp salad and the honey salami pizza as well as the chicken meatballs and the cheese curds.

    Todd M. was our server and he was fantastic. The cornbread is always great. Thursday (and Friday) nights special is braised short rib, mashed potatoes and root vegetables. We keep coming on Thursday for this special which is soooooooooo good!! Mom, you didn’t hear that but you have been outdone. The chocolate cake was incredible. We thoroughly enjoy the supper club ambiance and will continue to show up.

    Met a couple of friends in the bar area for a light dinner. Food was excellent and service was top notch. Every Hazelwood Food and Drink that I’ve visited has had great food and service. Highly recommend!
