- DDougSan Francisco Bay Area •4 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoSecond time we’ve eaten here, food and service is outstanding. Only negative is noise level, very hard to carry on a conversation or to hear our server. Will definitely return.More infoBar Italia Lakewood Ranch, FloridaPrice: Expensive• Italian• Fruitville, Florida•4.6

- BBrianVIPSouthwest Florida •61 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoSelva, located in the heart of Sarasota, FL, and across the street from UTC mall on Cattleman, stands as a beacon of fine dining, offering a unique blend of Peruvian fusion cuisine that is nothing short of culinary excellence. From the moment you step into Selva, the ambiance immediately sets the tone for a luxurious and memorable dining experience. The modern yet warm decor, paired with soft lighting and an inviting atmosphere, makes it an ideal spot for both intimate dinners and lively gatherings. The menu at Selva is a masterpiece, skillfully combining traditional Peruvian flavors with contemporary twists. Each dish is crafted with precision, ensuring a balance of flavors that tantalizes the palate. Standout options include their signature ceviche, Selva salad, Malbec braised short ribs, sesame encrusted tuna, and a range of fresh seafood dishes that showcase the best of what Peruvian cuisine has to offer. Complementing the food is Selva’s impressive cocktail menu. The mixologists here are true artists, creating cocktails that are as visually appealing as they are delicious. Whether you prefer a classic Pisco Sour or a more adventurous creation, the drink selection does not disappoint. What truly elevates the Selva experience is the exceptional service. The staff at Selva go above and beyond to ensure every guest feels welcomed and well taken care of. Their knowledge of the menu, paired with genuine warmth and attentiveness, enhances the overall dining experience. In summary, Selva is more than just a restaurant; it’s an experience that blends culinary artistry with impeccable service. For anyone looking to indulge in the best fine dining Sarasota has to offer, Selva is a must-visit destination. Thank you for another exceptional experience Selva Team!More infoSelva Grill University Town Center SarasotaPrice: Expensive• Latin / Spanish• Lakewood Ranch•4.7
- RRonMiami - Dade •3 reviews5.0Dined 6 days agoWe enjoyed our time at Fuego. The food was very good and the ambience was what it should be for a premium restaurant. We tried the Wagyu fajitas and the short ribs and both were delicious. We had ordered the octopus starter but a mixup in the kitchen delayed it and it would’ve been delivered with our entrées, which was unacceptable. We’d eaten plenty of the chips and salsa that were also very good and didn’t miss the starter. Due to the mixup, the Restaurant did the right thing and comped us our dessert that was delicious as well. Overall, I gave them a very high rating, even given the mixup with our starter. Everyone makes mistakes and in this case they more than made up for it. We were returned to the restaurant as we enjoyed the experience.
