Restaurants near Royale Palms 2002 - Ocean Front

When we first arrived we were very surprised of how inviting and beautiful the facility was. Upon entering we were welcomed very friendly and sat promptly. We did have a reservation. We were sat in an area that was close to the door and after a few short minutes we were very uncomfortable with the draft coming in from the front door. As soon as we brought it to our servers attention (Ashland) we were immediately relocated to another table in her section with no fuss. She happily made us comfortable. The food was a holiday menu and did not disappoint. Compliments to the chef. Drinks were amazing, deserts were amazing. Overall, a great experience. We will be returning in the very near future. Went Christmas evening. I had the wedge salad and osso buco and both were amazing! Meat was fall off the bone tender and delicious! Salad was soo crisp and huge. Was enough to take home for lunch the next day! Waiter was pleasant, prompt, and very accommodating! We will definitely go back!

We were waited on by Julia and SA Mitchell. The service was extremely quick and attentive despite the fact they were sat about every 5 minutes another table due to high demand on Christmas. They tailored their service to our needs and timed each experience with great precision. The crab cakes were delicious and had a great ratio of meat to breading. The gumbo had a Louisiana flare that was a fun upbeat starter to pair with a non traditional holiday dinner. The sea bass, ribeye, sweet potato casserole, spinach, and lobster Mac will forever be the perfect pairing for a great evening. As newlyweds, we treated ourselves to crème brûlée with warmed cognac. 10 out of 10 experience, thank you for your attention to details!

We were seated immediately at the booth of our choice by the pleasant hostess. Jake arrived a minute later with our water and Marisa, our server, soon after. After ordering our drinks, Marisa described the specials that night and we proceeded to select our food choices. Our dinner was spaced well as we were not rushed nor were we ignored. The food was uniformily delicious and presented beautifully. It was Christmas Eve and we could not have asked for a more wonderful ambience. We truly enjoyed every minute and are looking forward to our next reservation. The restaurant was festively decorated in the holiday spirit. We will long remember most joyous evening at Greg Norman's Australian Grille.
