Ok, we do chicken, but our chicken is famous!Our local free-to-roam chicken is marinated for 24 hours in lemon, buttermilk, and paprika. It is then dry-rubbed, cooked and blast-chilled to keep it juicy and finally roasted on the spit. Ribs and wings are also available, as are a choice of sides and homemade desserts. We had an absolutely superb experience from start to finish Wonderful service ,absolutely wonderful food (and I am very fussy ) so a big compliment !! Jordan the restaurant manager was very attentive and professional Will definitely be back. Expensive but brilliant. Same old story you get what you pay for Congratulations team Titanic. Manager,bar men,waiters and chefs deserve praise and a pay rise in January
