Restaurants near Saturn Street Steps

It’s always a treat dining here. One of my friends have not been here for a couple of years and he says, the food was as good as the first time he ate there. Consistent all throughout. We had a last minute change the day prior from originally reservation for 5 but increased to 10 people and they were able to accommodate us.

Our favorite restaurant in San Francisco. Whenever we’re in town we come multiple times. We ALWAYS leave happier than when we came. The food (try the pork chop, if it’s on the menu, with a glass of Pinot noir), service and vibe are consistently rave worthy. NOPA is the very definition of what a restaurant should be and is - gracious hospitality and delicious food in a wonderful setting. We’ll be back! Thank you.

After 15 years Frances is going strong! Beautifully prepared and delicious dishes, attentive but not intrusive service, and a calm and friendly environment are why we keep coming back.

I enjoyed my pancakes and bacon. My friends loved the lasagna and hamburger also.

We had a lovely experience, from being accommodated on our early arrival to having excellent suggestions regarding food and wine by our knowledgeable and charming server Flo. The atmosphere was warm and cozy and our food (including Escargots, Hanger steak, Coq au Vin, Floating Island) was delectable. I’m so glad we found L’Ardoise Bistro. We will make this a regular stop when visiting our daughter in San Francisco.
