Owners Gillis and George Poll have dined all over the world, and have come across a variety of dishes that have really impressed them, “the best of the best.” According to Gillis, “We put together our favorites and added our own unique twists to them.” George emphasizes the menu’s ease and variety. “It’s a straightforward, casually written menu which allows you to dine any way that you’d like.” Guests may enjoy traditional meals with an appetizer, entree and dessert, or dine exclusively on sushi. Others can order cocktails and a table full of appetizers and skewers to share. “The menu is set up for sharing,” he confirms. Anything goes when ordering at Toku.

    Great lunch out today. Four of us had calamari, octopus, shrimp and saganaki to start, all really good.. Split a snapper for 2 and the lobster pasta both excellent and enough for us all. Service great as well. Top tier restaurant.

    Unbelievable. I live, breathe, and die by Bryant and Cooper. One of the best steakhouses I have been to in my entire life. Best on the east coast. No competition among others in the same category. Cajun Ribeye is like medicine. Every appetizer is stellar and impeccable. I couldnt say nicer things about Bryant and Cooper. Ive been coming my entire life and will plan to bring everyone here including my family. Thanks for being the best.

    Our waiter, Marlon, was superb. He was pleasant and knew his trade and the menu, inside and out. Easy to work with, he was a step ahead of us at every turn and kept our meal moving along at just the right pace. We had the butternut squash ravioli and pappardelle bolognese. Both were excellent. Highly recommend!
