Premium meats with aged beef served fresh. Ssamjang has an open kitchen concept as our meats are sliced per order. Ssamjang is a traditional dipping sauce made from soybean paste and red pepper paste. It is slightly sweet and intensely savory. It is commonly used for Korean bbq dipping sauce and for lettuce wraps (sambap). Get creative and show us your ideas to use Ssamjang! Our restaurant has a full bar with TV's to watch your favorite game.We are located down the street from the Battery/Truist Park and inside Cumberland Mall.     We enjoyed our meal very much. The staff was very attentive & kind. The ambience & Christmas decor was wonderful! My dish was delicious( spaghetti & meatballs). My daughter stated her Alfredo sauce tasted a little off & seemed a bit dry. The bread was very good! We will definitely go back!

    First time and the food and service was excellent!!!! My only complaint is the music was too loud and we found our self yelling at each other in the booth because we couldn’t hear . I appreciate the DJ but a little more subtle music would be better. I would definitely return maybe during the week instead of the weekend .

    As always, our lunch experience at P.F. Chang's was wonderful. It was a quiet time, so my friend and I were able to have an easy conversation. Our server was on top of things without being intrusive, and the food was delicious. I'm looking forward to my next visit!

    This is the most authentic Korean BBQ restaurant in the US by far. I understand the owners mother and step mother make the kimchi andcradishes - they were marvelous!! Nickolas (our waiter) was fantastic! Sides, beef, chicken, shrimp! Wow! The best!
