Bosphorous Turkish Cuisine adapted its name from one of the oldest cities in the world, Istanbul, which was once known as the Constantinople in the early 13th century. The name “Bosphorous” taken from the strait that lies in the center of Istanbul connecting the Black Sea and the Sea of Marmara, Europe to Asia.     Great food and great ambience. The brunch crowd at the restaurant makes it pretty energetic. This means that servers are doing the best they can and in spite of a short wait to get served they were excellent. We’ve been here a couple times and both times had excellent food and great drinks. Put this one on your list.

    Our reservation was on file and we were seated immediately in our favorite, a booth. The food was fresh, hot, and delicious. Our server and a "trainee" took good care of us. Another positive experience at the Tap Room. We'll be back!

    Food was fantastic. Tapas (small plates) were larger than others I’ve had at other restaurants. Stuffed dates wrapped in bacon were outstanding. Server stopped by often and offered suggestions based on our likes. Would go again.

    If you are an Ahi Tuna lover, Christner’s is by far, the best place to go. I believe it is the best Ahi Tuna I have ever eaten. Their King Crab Claws are phenomenal and completed our delicious meal. While this restaurant is known for its steaks, I will say its seafood is wonderful as well. Definitely make a reservation.
