The views will keep you coming back again and again. Absolutely beautiful. Excellent and interesting sushi menu. Friendly service overall. The general manager however was quite abrasive and unreceptive to pets on site, so leave them at home if you can. We were able to stay for lunch with our three dogs. We dined at La Bougainvillea on Christmas evening. Although the restaurant was quite full, the staff was gracious and attentive. The food was amazing! I had not anticipated finding comfort food in the Bahamas, but I was more than happy to have received it. We look forward to our next trip to Eleuthera. Knowing La Bougainvillea is there makes returning to Governor's Harbour an even greater pleasure.

Don’t think about it just book ! The food was great and the service phenomenal. The drinks were awesome. Just go .

This was the nicest dinner we had on the island. Gorgeous view, attentive staff, low noise level, delicious food and drinks. It was very expensive but on par with the resorts and other fine dining establishments. Will definitely be back in the future!
