We pride ourselves in being one of the top steakhouses in the Hudson Valley, we age our meat in house, and get fresh seafood straight from NYC twice a week and have a great selection of craft beer and an extensive wine list. PLEASE NOTE reservations are required on weekends and holidays. We do require a credit card when booking for groups 5 and larger.Our seasonal outdoor dining is now open. We recommend bringing a sweater for the evenings in the Catskills tend to get a little cool and we do not always have the ability to move folks inside on weekends. The dining room was very lovely and it wasn't overly crowded so the noise level was perfect. There was music playing but you could hold a conversation without shouting the way it should be at a restaurant. The portions were more than generous and we shared everything. The firecracker shrimp and calamari appetizer was nicely spiced with just enough heat. The warm kale salad was sauteed nicely and there was good contrast with crunch and sweet. The cowboy steak was cooked as ordered and tasty. Overall we truly enjoyed our meal and the service was attentive without being overbearing.

Solo dinner after 5 pm yoga flow @ The Emerson . Calamari platter crispy and well prepared. Small Catamount salad. Generous glass of the Argentinian Malbec. Perfect, relaxing time 😎.
