I celebrated my 60th birthday at Jeff Ruby's in Louisville, KY , and it was an unforgettable experience from start to finish! Each dish, from the salad to dessert, was crafted with impeccable attention to detail. My steak was cooked to perfection, tender and flavorful, while the sides were equally outstanding—every bite felt like a celebration in its own right. The dessert, which capped off the evening, was a masterpiece, both in taste and presentation. A huge shoutout to our server, Darrell, who was the epitome of professionalism and charm. His suggestions were spot on and added so much to our dining experience. From wine pairings to menu recommendations, he guided us with confidence and enthusiasm, ensuring that every choice we made was a winner. His warmth and attentiveness made us feel truly valued, turning an already great evening into something extraordinary.

Our Morton’s dining experience, celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary, was exceptional and exceeded my high expectations in every category. The staff’s attention to the smallest of detail has forever cemented this anniversary celebration as the best ever and most memorable; personalized menu, anniversary table decorations, and anniversary card with our photo!

We opted to try Proof On Main to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary during our annual visit to Louisville. Routinely, we had our anniversary dinner at Swizzle. However, when we were unsuccessfully at securing a reservation at Swizzle, our search for an alternate led us to Proof on Main-we are glad we did! Not only were we able to get a last minute reservation on X-mas eve, but it wasn't packed, adding to the intimate ambience we were hoping to experience. Our waiter, was not only knowledgeable, but he was verry attentive and detailed with his recommendations; which were spot-on. I cannot remember the last time I savored every bit of my meal.
