Restaurants near South Square Shopping Center

Our server, Mike, was excellent. The food was okay, but not exceptional. My garlic mashed potatoes were completely cold, they were tasty, but cold - disappointing. Also our friend ordered the veal parmesan ... he said you could really tell the sauce was not authentic Italian. There was a band in the bar that was really, really loud to the point we couldn't even talk at our table, so as soon as we finished our meal, we left. And we found out that they are only serving Smash burgers now ... which means you can't order your burger anything but well done. Very disappointing because I ordered a burger on 9/23/24 before this change. It was cooked medium and it was the BEST burger I have had in a very long time. Why did they change???

Excellent late lunch which was a good value for the four of us. Great customer service from Madison who was taking care of a table of octogenarians! Except for me:)! She was very patient and kind! Thank you

Our server, who was also the bartender had very little personality. She seemed like she was off in another world and really didn't want to be there. The food was excellent the drinks were overpriced. I'd go again

All of the food was great with the exception of snow crab. They would not come out of the shell..and I am an expert at getting them out.The shells were not crisp..kind of flexible and would not crack..just collapsed, and the meat came out in strands. I did not say anything as we were with good friends and did not want to ruin the meal experience for everyone else. This is the 1st time the crab legs have not been excellent at Red Lobster...so I would definitely go there again.
