- DDarleneNew York City •1 review5.0Dined 2 days agoOur server Abby went above and beyond to accommodate my son and myself. the food was delicious, a little spicy and salty at times, but I would go back. The ambience was adorable with all the caricatures of celebrities and sports figures and I love the Italian music piping through the entire meal. - SShannonUpstate New York •1 review5.0Dined 3 days agoService was great, Tom our waiter was wonderful. Food was really good, but don’t quite see the added cost to meals versus fine dining restaurants we have visited in downtown Rochester. Nice treat but we’ll probably try a different restaurant next time we visit.More infoTS Steakhouse at Turning StonePrice: Very Expensive• Steakhouse• Verona•4.7
- SSandraEast Tennessee •6 reviews5.0Dined 7 days agoOcean Blue is hands-down the best restaurant in Utica. The lunch menu has very reasonable prices, and the dinner menu, while a bit more expensive, is still excellent value for the quality of the food and the bespoke experience. Our server was knowledgeable, personable, and professional and she attended to everyone's preferences well. Everyone's food was excellently prepared. The desserts are sizable. We shared the flourless chocolate cake (divine) and the very best key lime pie I've ever tasted. If budget is a big concern, at least come for lunch - it's memorable.More infoOcean Blue Restaurant & Oyster BarPrice: Expensive• Seafood• Utica•4.4
- MMelissaNew York City •5 reviews5.0Dined on Nov 16, 2024Went with a group of 9. Some things were cold (mashed potatoes, appetizer meatballs)… but everything was very tasty. Our waiter seemed a little rushed/busy, but still provided excellent service. We appreciated the small, private room for our larger group.More infoChesterfield's TavoloPrice: Moderate• Italian• Utica•4.6
- MMicheleNew York City •10 reviews5.0Dined on Nov 9, 2024We really enjoyed our meals at Canal Side Inn. The food was excellent! Could not have been better. From interesting and fresh soup and salad choices, to well prepared and presented main courses and desserts, everything was great. The atmosphere is like taking a step back in time, with wood paneling and even a full phone booth outside the bar area. The music, tunes I remembered hearing at my grandparent's house, complemented the environment nicely. Tables were beautifully set and the service pleasant and attentive. The only thing that was a slight negative, and due to the age and location of the space, was a musty smell initially upon entering. A little bit like a grandparent's house, too! :) In no way did that impact the overall experience for us, and we will definitely be back.More infoCanal Side InnPrice: Expensive• French• Utica•4.5
