- RRhondaMinneapolis - St. Paul •1 review5.0Dined 1 day agoOur dinners were delicious. There was a little wait for one of the meals. But they were gracious and did some compensation without us asking. Lily the waitress was very accommodating and fun.More infoTwigs Tavern & GrillePrice: Moderate• American• Rochester•4.5

Took my daughter and her friend there for their Birthdays, owner stopped over to wish them both a Happy Birthday. Steak was cooked a perfect medium-rare and tasted great. - PPhil and KarenMinneapolis - St. Paul •5 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoWe visited Bleu Duck for the first time for our anniversary. We were welcomed warmly, promptly seated, and quickly seen by our server, Alicia. Alicia knew our special circumstances and was thoroughly familiar with the menu, winelist, cocktails, and beers. She skillfully guided us through several choices and took our orders for drinks. We selected the classic old fashioned, the pork tenderloin, and the braised lamb. Alicia suggested a wine pairing for the lamb that proved excellent. The old fashioned was smooth and delicious, the tenderloin crisp and yet juicy, and the lamb and wine were superb. For dessert, we had sherry and chocolate tort that were wonderful. Special thanks to Alicia for very attentive service and impeccable timing. Bleu Duck staff are really friendly, highly professional, and wonderful. Our visit was a delight. We shall return to explore appetizers as small plates.More infoBleu Duck KitchenPrice: Expensive• American• Rochester•4.9
- BBrittanyWisconsin •1 review5.0Dined 5 days agoWe had a wonderful anniversary meal, with this being our first experience at TWF. Our server was training and did an amazing job explaining everything to both us, and the trainee. The food was impeccable, especially the pumpkin gnocci recommendation. Can’t wait to return!More infoThe Waterfront Restaurant and TavernPrice: Expensive• American• La Crosse•4.9
- CChrisWisconsin •8 reviews5.0Dined on Dec 25, 2024This is our second Christmas Brunch at the Charmant. I chose this restaurant again as I was so impressed with last year’s Christmas Brunch. I believe the menu was the same this year but my wife and I tried different items. We enjoyed our time again and will probably make it again next year. The cornmeal pancakes were delicious! I had a side of ham which left me wanting more! My wife had the Charmant Breakfast with sausage links. She was very pleased with the scrambled eggs, sausage links and GF toast. I couldn’t finish my corn meal pancakes so took the remainder home. I’m not as big of an eater as I once was. The two pancakes for me were quite filling.More infoThe Charmant RestaurantPrice: Moderate• French American• La Crosse•4.6
