Five stars is not enough to describe our dinner at Jeff Ruby's Louisville last night. First, our service was FABULOUS! We had the dream team serving us - Matt and Zoie. They were personal, fun, delivered impeccable service, and made dinner a night to remember. We've dined at JRs many times, and they set a very high bar!! Second, the food was DELICIOUS! Each course that came out was cooked to perfection. I should note the wonderful wine list as well!! Finally, the ambience in this restaurant is chic and classy. It never disappoints. We had a PERFECT date night and while we personally thanked Matt and Zoie, we wanted to make sure to let everyone know that their service exceeds five stars.

I dine out a lot. We had probably the best service I’ve ever experienced. Sorry I don’t have a name but I made the mgr aware. She made the evening so special. We were celebrating 3 birthdays. She brought us the sweetest dessert to share. I came back specifically to have the grouper cheeks. OMG what a dish. Thank you for a perfect evening!!!!

The atmosphere, food quality and service were all excellent! Cocktails pricey but tasty! Music was a bit load but possibly a part of the overall experience! Highly recommend! 💙💙

Char on the prime beef was excellent. Sides and sauces were perfect. Wonderful atmosphere. Lighting and noise level superior to the Westport location Service was top shelf. Cocktails were as ordered.

I just ate the best steak I have ever tasted in my life. Our party of four had a wonderful experience. The service was exceptional with an old school attention to each. We especially liked the bread, shareable sides, service, and deserts. All around it was an amazing experience.
