Steaks are done just right and full of flavor. Would visit here every time we are back in Aspen. We had an early reservation and enjoyed conversation at our table through dinner. After dinner we decided to forgo dessert and coffee, as the restaurant started to fill and a table for 10 behind us increased the noise level so we couldn’t hear each other! Salmon teriyaki was small and very dry with a huge mound of rice and mediocre vegetables. The sea bass special was loaded with bones in every bite, although the server offered to have it deboned.
