We were celebrating our anniversary and wanted to stay on property so chose The Bistro. From start to finish, everything about our experience was absolutely incredible. The service was warm and attentive, the ambiance was just right, and every dish was beautifully prepared and full of flavor. We had the seabass and beet salad, both of which were perfectly executed. The chef and team ensure you have a wonderful experience with delicious food and impeccable service. Caya Restaurant is a hidden gem. Tucked into a hotel lobby! Our service was excellent, the food was so yummy. Our whole family of 4 loved each of their dishes. Win!

The food was excellent. It was apparent that they were a little short staffed that day. They also ran out of blue cheese dressing which made the wedge salad a bit disappointing. The fact that we were not notified of the lack of dressing after it was ordered and they just sprinkled whatever was left on the salad. Those were the only issues.
