I loove the ambience of Ristorante del Lago!!! Like all of the Broadmoor, the ambience is perfection. The staff is impeccable, the perfect blend of professionalism and friendliness. Ariel, Brian, Nicolas, our sommelier, Ben ~ all lovely. The disappointment was in my meal. I ordered the lobster parpadelle. It was so completely Bland I had to keep adding salt and pepper flakes, just to give it Any flavor. My friend ordered one of the specials and described it as “meh”. We don’t eat out much so this was a special treat, so we were bummed that it wasn’t even what we could describe as Good, much less delicious. Our husbands both ordered the veal and they enjoyed their meals. This was a special event, as tomorrow I’m moving out of state and I wanted my “last meal” to be at the Broadmoor, as well as thanking our friends for helping us move. The overall experience is always wonderful here. I’m not writing this to discourage anyone from coming to this special place. I just would like to see the chef Up their Flavor Game!!! Considerably! {The desserts were delicious!!}

Excellent food and professional non intrusive service

Our waiter did such a great job taking such wonderful care of us and we got a really nice table and it was the best evening we had in a long time! And the food was incredible!

Our waitress Narumi was amazing, she was so sweet and on top of everything. Overall great birthday dinner!

Always has been one of our favorite restaurants not just at The Broadmoor but in Colorado, now even better. The menu and service, since our last time, were both a step up from the already high marks. Great plating, portions and nice touches along the way, amuse broche to little sweet to go. All diners were enjoying, tables talked to one another and we left eager to return.
