Riccardo was born in Florence, Italy and grew up in Boston, MA. Marybeth, a Sioux Falls native, ventured to the east coast as a nanny and then nursing school in Somerville, MA. The two met, fell in love, and became engaged on Martha’s Vineyard island. Moving back to Sioux Falls in 1999 and working at several area restaurants, they opened R Wine Bar in 2018. As owners of R Wine Bar, Riccardo and Marybeth are passionate about one thing: people. They believe that people don’t care how much you know until they know how much you care.     The staff did such a great job taking care of us! I called ahead of time to let them know I would be proposing on Valentine's Day. They were quick to make sure we had a great table, a rose for her, complimentary Champagne and dessert. The best part was that all I asked for was help taking pictures, they went all out and were at the ready with a Polaroid camera and made my fiance feel so special. Thank you for being part of our perfect night ❤️

    I had the buffalo steak and my wife had the steak tacos. Both of us enjoyed our meal as well as nachos for an appetizer. The portions were great, so much so that we didn't have room for dessert.

    I recently visited Ironwood Steakhouse and had an absolutely outstanding experience. From the moment we walked in, the ambience set the perfect mood with its elegant yet cozy decor. The service was impeccable; the staff was friendly, attentive, and made sure every need was met without being intrusive. As for the steak, it was prepared to perfection—succulent, flavorful, and cooked just as I ordered. Each bite was a delight, and it was evident that only top-quality ingredients were used. Overall, Ironwood Steakhouse delivered an unforgettable dining experience that I can't wait to enjoy again. Highly recommended! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
