Since we opened this camp 25 years ago, we have focused upon fresh foods for our guests. We know it is difficult to find good meals on the road, especially if you are vegan and vegetarian, and invite you to join us.You will smell the foods before you walk in, but will see entree's like baby back pork ribs, samosas, ribeye steaks, moussaka, vegan ramen and steamed saffron mussels through our open kitchen. We make easy to assemble fresh bag lunches for the trail, and specialty lunch items for indoor and outdoor dining. Beside items like American breakfast and breakfast burritos you will find signature items like our California breakfast too! All this from fresh, mainly regional sourced, sustainable and some organic healthy foodstuffs. We invite you to peek into some online reviews in advance. This is the third time we have ate at this restaurant in a span of 25 years. The ambience is one of kind, especially after it has snowed. The scene of Yosemite falls in the background as you have dinner is awesome. The staff is great and the food is good. Just the prices are a little high. For example, we paid $60 each for a dinner consisting of a New York steak and two small sides and $17 each for a mixed drink and $8 for a pint of pale ale.
