Casa Mia is the authentic Italian Cuisine experience. Our family moved to the U.S. in 1993 from Sorrento, Italy (a province of Naples). We came straight to Scottsdale so none of our palates were altered from the flavors they were familiar with. Casa Mia means "my home", and just like at home our food is made to meet our standards of taste. All of our ingredients are of the finest quality, from home made pastas, organic produce, and now organic grass fed beef.     The executive chef, Dianna, was so thoughtful to come and speak to us for guidance on a gluten free meal! She recommended a slight change to a menu item, of which was superb! Then after dinner moved to the outdoor bar/fire pit area with drinks and to hear music with Ian Eric. Very enjoyable and entertaining! We had a wonderful evening at Wicked6!

    Best food in the valley with the exception of Steak 44. My wife and I have attended Casa Mia dozens of times and never had a bad meal or service! That says a lot and sets a very high standard that few restaurants can match.

    Anniversary dinner and the entire staff was friendly, engaging, and professional. Our server (AJ) was outstanding in his attentiveness to our dining experience. The entree we selected were delivered in a timely manner, tasty, and arrived at the appropriate temperature. We were treated with excellent service and tasty meals. Great overall experience. Will return to Embers.

    Really great food and staff was friendly. Food portions were appropriate for the price. Staff could have been a bit more attentive, but ultimately was professional and helpful. View of the nearby mountain range is incredible.
