First time dining at Packards. Our Christmas Eve dinner was fantastic. Food server and overall dining experience was great.

Excellent service on one of the busiest days of the year! It all went like clockwork from valet parking, to seating, drinks, food and an outstanding waitress! Highly recommend Casa Ludovico!

John, our server was on it ! Prompt, friendly, efficient and accommodating. The atmosphere was inviting and comfortable. The greeting staff were organized and welcoming. Then the food…. Wine in a chiller and ice water= perfect Bread service= crunchy soft baguette, garlic herb butter and a bit of cheese with the wine= superb Hogfish and Chilean sea bass= perfectly prepared, tasty sauce, well cooked rice= exceptional White chocolate bread pudding and vanilla ice cream= very delicious ending. We had a really great time. Food and service were both very good. The restaurant called ahead to confirm reservation and discuss seating bc there was a band playing on the patio. It was thoughtful to ask if we’d prefer to still dine outside and gauge how close we wanted to be to the band. Would recommend and would return!
