My experience at the Brig was amazing ! My family and I have eaten at this place before but this time around was the best! Not that I’m saying anything bad about this place from pst experience, it’s always been up to par, however it was my birthday and they brought such a joy to the night. I was greeted by a lady name Jackie I believe that was her name and she was filled with such a light and sat us right away! Matt was our waiter and took care of us always checked up on us made sure everything was great! Shoutout to Matt and Jackie they were awesome! Food was also amazing !

From the wine, the fresh pastas and sauces to dessert delicious! We had the Carbonara, Fettuccini Alfredo and Bolognese, plates cleaned by the end. The seabass was succulent and risotto good but the pastas was where it's at for us...Nice size portions and the tiramisu authentically creamy with perfected flavors. The service was welcoming, expedient, warm and entertaining. Our waiter sung a couple Italian operetic bars for the room making our time at Acqua e Farina momentous. Happy to have a new dinner spot in downtown Chula Vista.

This is a brand-new building. With superb decoration. very comfortable chairs. Food was outstanding. We shared cheese with oysters, tostada de tuna, and Chuleton de Rybe Eye. Service was excellent. Highly recommended.

Love the drinks and appetizer, great services. No noise from the street.
