- TToddTahoe / Reno Area •12 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoIt was a beautiful day at Lake Tahoe. My guests hot dishes got cool because they were out on the Pier taking photos for too long. The Shrimp Lobster Bisque was delicious. The Chef graciously allowed us to Order a dinner item if we agreed to substitute a side dish as the Risotto was not prepped for lunch. All in all a fun half day excursion. Alternative: Try the “Water Bar” at the Sparks, NV Marina as the owners are the same, the menu is 80% identical and a few dollars less per item.More infoGar Woods Grill and Pier RestaurantPrice: Expensive• Californian• Carnelian Bay•4.6
- DdianaTahoe / Reno Area •15 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoIt was a Tuesday night and the restaurant was packed with very happy customers. The dishes were exquisite and beautifully presented. The avocado toast was a new one to us and it was just divine! We can not wait to go back! Also very impressive is how quietly and efficiently the open kitchen staff worked together. They are a well oiled machine. Servers were very personable and accommodating. Watching the smoking process was also very interesting. This may not be appropriate, but I also enjoyed the heated Toto toilet in the restroom!More infoSmoke Door - Lake Tahoe SaryoPrice: Very Expensive• Japanese• Kings Beach•4.9

- RRobertSan Diego •20 reviews5.0Dined 7 days agoIt’s very inconsistent but when it’s in, it’s on!- I live near by and frequent the place and this nite it was on point ! Great food and it was busy too. I have to say, the staff def has attitude, especially the greeter gal… just like they’re doing you a favor. The Maitre’ D was great our waiter was kinda attitude -ish, but he became more fun as we were having fun with him too and tip well. The ribeye was great the baked and the ceasar salad all were awesome and my friends all said their meals were terrific. Just be aware, I had some friends (in the restaurant industry too) have the opposite experience just a month ago (food and service complete disaster and very slow so…). Hopefully they read this and get consistent l, because when it’s on point it is such a classic old school great little spot.More infoCrystal Bay Steak & LobsterPrice: Very Expensive• Steakhouse• Incline Village•4.8

Every time we come to Inline Village, we go at least twice. There is no other restaurant in the area that is like this special placeMore infoLe Bistro TahoePrice: Very Expensive• French American• Incline Village•4.6
