The staff at Cooper’s Hawk was especially compensating and error to help me with the scheduling problem. Out of town company had a multitude of schedule changes plus an additional person and Cooper’s accommodated me with an earlier time and one extra seat. Not everybody would do that. Our server/waiter, he was fabulous. One of the best waiters we have had at Cooper’s Hawk Surprise. He was only friendly and professional And accommodating, but he also was very knowledgeable about some of the food questions we had and his ability to clarify and explain some things to us. The food was extraordinary, as usual, so no surprise there. The table was perfect. We drank ate and laughed and had a marvelous time. They were very impressed. Thank you once again Cooper’s Hawk for going the extra mile to accommodate your regular loyal customers when circumstances bring about the need for change. Happy holidays see you again soon.

On this trip (there have been many) we learned that Jakes Spoon will go private 1/1/2025. That means we (the general public) will no longer be welcome there, which is a shame. I hope the new Owner(s) will reconsider the value of public participation in this venue once the numbers are established to support that value.

The Cajun pasta was delicious. The burgers are huge and tasty with an epic presentation. Kelly was so nice and kind. My kid really enjoyed their birthday experience here.

WAITED TOO LONG TO GO THERE. SHOULD HAVE BEEN SOONER! TERRIFIC AMBIENCE AND SERVICE ALONG WITH THE OUTSTANDING FOOD PREP!!!

We had guests in town, a party of 8 for dinner and everything was fabulous including our Server Timmy. This will be a regular dining spot for us!!!
