Several years ago, I decided that my future in the restaurant business would most likely not remain in the realm of fine dining and gourmands, but would rather lean towards the style of restaurant that I found myself frequenting most often - places that provided consistency and quality at a price that was fair for the quality of the food and experience. Public House plays to the comforts of good, solid food, while applying the principles of premium food products to a more casual setting. You will find all the fish is delivered from Foley’s in Boston, high quality steaks and a rotating selection of vegetable sides that are true to the region and season. Last night was great! The service was prompt, even the lady dinning manager was gracious! The back dining room noise level allowed you to be able to enjoy your guest and meal! Always love the Public House.

All of the food was fantastic! The pan fried pork with the Tupelo honey on it was great. The meatloaf, greens, and crispy potatoes were great as well.

Took whole family, they really enjoyed the variety of food and quality. I was unable to eat anything due to food allergies, which wasn't ideal. Left multiple messages at the restaurant with no call back over past month to see if I could order from menu, so I brought the family hoping their would be some options, but there were not, so I had an ice tea while everyone else ate. Our server was great and advised me appropriately that it was not safe.

Popped in on Thanksgiving and were treated to a fantastic experience. Oooh, that Black Manhattan that they make is north of superb. Excellent service, of course, also. Very fun entrance door. You’ll see. 😉
