Another wonderful experience. The service (John was our server), food and atmosphere were all outstanding. We are regulars there, and were greeted by many of the staff (Glenn the manager, Stu another server, etc.).

First time visitors and our waiter John was amazing. He was very knowledgeable, polite, professional and very attentive. The food was tasty and very filling. Definitely worth the visit and we will be back! We even join their club and now have membership ❤️

Ted’s Bulletin at One Loudon has the same great food and service in a more open and relaxed environment. Breakfast is crowded on the weekends but the staff handle it with ease and professionalism. Delicious

In a nutshell, we had a good experience. Let’s start from the beginning. I had asked on my reservation and called as well to let the host know to put some confetti and a card with a note on the table and they confirmed that would be done. Unfortunately when we got there, it wasn’t done. I had to remind them, go back in the waiting area for that to be done before getting seated again. I do appreciate the rectification. Our server Jake was great! He provided excellent service, was courteous, respectful and did a wonderful job waiting on us. The drinks were good, the appetizers were great. We really enjoyed what we got. (Calamari and sweet & spicy shrimp). Our main courses were okay. We just expected a little bit more from a high end restaurant. My sea bass was just okay. I wouldn’t put it in my top three. My husband’s steak was okay as well. We did not like the mashed potatoes so Jake took it off our tab. The crème brûlée was pretty good though. overall, good experience but not enough to wanna go back on our own.
