The staff at Kelsey's Bowmanville were friendly, efficient and attentive. I'd asked for a table that a person with a walker could easily access, and they chose one ideally situated. Although our party found that the onion rings and crab cakes had too much outside crunch, the food was fresh, hot and well-presented. Given the cost of food these days, we felt the meals were favourably priced. One of our parties asked for some changes to be made to her meal choice, and this was accommodated graciously and without fuss. We did notice that there was a limited choice for someone who is lactose intolerant - much of the menu includes cheese or creamed sauces. Nonetheless, overall, it was a pleasant evening of good food in a welcoming and warm atmosphere. Kudos to our server, Sarah. We will definitely return.

Always outstanding food. Guest with us not a regular patron said it was the best steak he ever had, best cheesecake he ever had and he is now spoiled for anywhere else!

Our entire experience for dinner was absolutely delicious! All of our steaks were cooked to perfection and our server was extremely knowledgeable in answering our questions. The only small thing I would have changed was the lighting. As some who's eyesight isn't great, although i do wear glasses, we all found it was a little too dark in our booth. Maybe the lighting would have been better had we been at a table, im not sure. I would absolutely recommend this location to anyone.

If you’re looking for a place to enjoy amazing food solo or with family and friends, come to Baxters! It’s my third time coming and I cannot say enough good about this establishment. The servers are attentive and friendly, the food was incredible ( you have to try the Korean cauliflower and Tahini roasted Brussels!!), and the atmosphere is warm and cozy but also fancy and upscale. I’ve dined here with both family and friends and they have menu options inclusive for all dietary needs (some of us vegan/vegetarian). This makes a big difference as we dine where we can all enjoy a meal! Highly highly recommend! 10/10!

The restaurant was packed and our meals came out piping hot! The food was delicious and the service was great
