Restaurants near Hobby Center for Performing Arts

We had a wonderful day at the aquarium topped of by dinner in the restaurant. The food was excellent and they had a bar for cocktails and wine. The kids enjoyed the fish tanks and the kids coloring book and of course the shark sipper. I would recommend.

The theater district was crazy busy as was Birraporetti’s but the staff seamed to be handling the crowds with experience and grace. We were able to get a reservation prior to our show with the help of the very sweet hostess. Our waitstaff, though busy, were attentive and helpful. It did take a while to get drinks or food, fortunately we were not in a rush. The food arrived hot and was delicious as always. Birraporetti’s is definitely our go to whenever we are in the theater district. Great staff, great food, and a great show equals a perfect evening.

Magnificent dining room with a beautiful downtown view. Our waitress, Biri, was a joy to be with and responded to all requests including taking our picture with a big smile and great customer care. I got the blackened snapper which was a perfectly cooked generous fillet on top of a thin layer of delicious gumbo. Beautiful. This is a perfect place for dinner before a show for sure

Fantastic service with a large group which can be challenging. Server was exceptional and food was perfect.

Atmosphere was nice. Service level was pretty good. Food was average.
