We are from Canada and celebrated our 25th Anniversary in NY. We chose Carmines for the wonderful reviews we read. The food was delicious, and the value was outstanding. They serve family style so one dish can easily feed 2 to 3 people. Keep that in mind when looking at the pricing. Absolute 5 star experience. Wait time was minimal with reservation and we booked 2 months in advance. We would 100% recommend this restaurant and their very professional staff made the experience perfect!!!

always a great restaurant gave a 4 for good because they recently got rid of their signature beet borscht soup which was a fan favorite they should bring it back

Everything was fabulous. We had Scampi, salad and the mushroom ravioli which was to die for! It is very noisy there however. My only other comment would be that the family style service gives you a lot of food for 2. We did finish everything because it was so delicious but just barely.

Our group enjoyed the food, ambiance, and service at this restaurant. I give extra points to the staff, who were very attentive at the door, at the table, and at the bar as we ordered takeout for our colleagues who could not make the lunch meeting. Thank you!

Just the beginning of the holiday season and the place was hopping! All staff was on their game. Wendy at the bar!, alyssa at the tables, Angela walking the floors and the great warm duo team of hostesses- i will call them S &N! They make you feel special as soon as you walk in! The Chef and kitchen staff make the dining experience feel elevated with great tasting food options and quality cuts of meat cooked just right! Looking forward to my next visit!
