Delicious food on a balanced menu with good service to compliment an all round excellent product. Good location near the station and Royal Mile. You won’t be disappointed.

What an amazing experience. Firstly the staff members were so lovely and helpful, they were so attentive and made sure we were happy with our table being outside...they even kept an inside table open for us. Above and beyond id say 10/10. The weather was beautiful so we enjoyed the spectacular views from the terrace. Then the food and drinks came. We were blown away by the quality and attention to detail of every single item which was cooked fresh to order. We cannot wait to return. Well done norloft. This is a truly remarkable experience.

Amazing venue. We were booked into Scran New Town. Lovely staff member advised that if we wanted a full Scottish breakfast then the Scran Bistro could accommodate this for us. We were met by a lovely lady who got us seated straight away. Food and drink order taken promptly and was amazing. Staff so lovely, food amazing, venue stunning and will visit time and time again. My mum wanted to leave a tip and the woman advised that a service charge was already on it but we still wanted to tip due to the great experience, you could tell it was really appreciated.

Really loving dinner, great food and would 100% go back — highly recommended!
