We tried Ammoora for the first time this week for Restaurant Week and am so so happy we did. It was a fantastic dining experience, with superb food, great atmosphere (gorgeous sumptuous setting, amazing people-watching), and spot-on service. The Syrian cuisine is fascinating and delicious. Although we planned to try the Restaurant Week prix fixe menu, our server's description of the complexity and uniqueness of the Muhamara spread convinced us to add that to our RW order and we are SO GLAD we did. The rest of our meal was similarly complex in a pleasing and exciting way. This is truly an exceptional destination. Also, we added the wine flights to our RW menu: the wines were thoughtfully matched to our orders and poured generously by a very knowledgable and entertaining sommelier. Looking forward to our next visit already!
