- SSchatzieAnchorage / Alaska •13 reviews4.0Dined todayThis was my third trip to W&R since they opened. The food is always outstanding and I love the atmosphere. I chose to go last night because I'm doing Dry January and heard they had a good mocktail menu. There were only three options but the one I chose (can't recall the name but it is VERY gingery) was excellent so I ordered two. However, I think $10 is an unreasonable price for a mocktail. It would be nice to see an incentive for people who are not drinking to go there, be designated drivers in the group, etc. Our server was friendly and gave great service, but the bar was very slow to get my second drink out. I had vegan ramen and my friend had the Business Lounge sans pork. Really appreciate that they have a gluten free option! And we finished off by splitting the banana split dessert. Really adventurous (it looks like rocks!), delicious, and a small portion so we didn't feel stuffed after sharing it. I sat at the ramen bar this time; will try the whisky bar next trip.More infoWhisky & RamenPrice: Moderate• Japanese• Anchorage•4.8

The service was a good pace not too fast or too slow and the setting was lovely.More infoSimon & Seafort'sPrice: Moderate• Seafood• Anchorage•4.6

Steak was well prepared, as was mashed potatoes.More infoSullivan's Steakhouse - AnchoragePrice: Expensive• Steakhouse• Anchorage•4

- SSamSan Francisco Bay Area •6 reviews4.0Dined on Dec 24, 2024I enjoyed a nice impromptu dinner out with friends on Christmas Eve eve. The restaurant was not very busy on this Monday night and we were seated right away. The menu has limited vegetarian options. I inquired about any specials or dishes that could be made vegetarian and the waiter said all they had was on the menu. After taking our order he asked if there were any dietary restrictions, seemed odd to ask that after taking the order. Dinner was not rushed, when the food came out everything looked amazing and tasted great. Nice selection of wine, beer and full bar. I definitely recommend the seafood as the halibut, salmon, shrimp, and scallops were cooked perfectly.More infoORSOPrice: Expensive• Seafood• Anchorage•4.4
