Our food was prepared quickly and brought out hot. It was very good. I personally enjoyed the breakfast flatbread, and my son really liked the omelette he had. The atmosphere was very relaxing. Our server Kimberly was very cordial and attentive to our needs. She made sure my coffee was always refilled when needed. We definitely plan to eat here again.

Went for brunch and loved it. I have previously only been for dinner. I will say me and someone else in our party both had a few cups of coffee all of which were barely warm and certainly not hot. Another person in our group wanted a sweet breakfast item but there wasn’t a pancake, waffle, or French toast on the menu and when we asked the server she recommended the kids menu.

Firebirds provided excellent service, food selection, atmosphere, and waitress suggestions and recommendations were welcomed as we are from out of town Arizona visiting family.

Christmas Eve is always a tough time when planning a dinner out. I used Open Table and made the reservation early. I'm not sure if that gave us the best table in the house, but it happened! Our waitress (Jo) was over the top happy to be there. There was no rush or push. We ordered as we were ready, and had drinks as we were ready. While I noticed some people with their coats over their shoulders, the temperature was perfect for us in sports coat and party jacket/dress. We had both looked at the menu ahead of time, but when we heard and saw the specials, we quickly changed our minds. We were "warned" ahead of time that the Caesar salad is not conventional, that it has hard boiled eggs and bacon, and onions. We adjusted our orders to remove bacon and onions. It definitely wasn't a Caesar salad....wouldn't order that again...but, we both ate most of it. The shrimp/lobster pasta was perfect and more than enough to take a dish home. My husband thought the pork was excellent. It was a dinner we had planned and counted on to make our holiday special. It didn't disappoint!

Great gathering place for our small party. We had a very enjoyable late afternoon meal. Our server was kind and helpful to answer all the questions for one our party who had never been there before regarding ingredients and preparation. They even surprised us when overhearing that earlier this week one of us had a birthday with a Happy BDay dessert! Great experience and looking forward to returning.
